Al-powered High-throughput Imaging Flow Cytometer
The LeadOmics IC100 high-throughput imaging flow cytometer integrates flow cytometry with high-speed microscopic imaging and Al-powered cell image analysis,transcending traditional one-dimensional fluorescence intensity analysis to achieve multidimensional ,high-dynamic resolution of single-cell phenotypes. It overcomes the limitations of conventional sheath fluid-driven systems by innovatively employing a microfluidic chip to stably drive cell suspension flow.This system captures microfluidically driven cell deformations at submicron resolution and tens of thousands of frames per second,lenabling high-throughput analysis of single-cell mechanical properties and morphological parameters via Al image algorithms.
